SUNNYVALE, July 10, 2003 - CHELIX TRANSFERS LUXVU TECHNOLOGY TO INVENTQJAYA

Chelix, a subsidiary of Reveo Inc., is licensing its proprietary LuxVu technology for commercialization at InventQjaya Snd. BHD. in Malaysia. Chelix has already transferred the techniques and know how during the FastTrack Phase of the program that started in January 2003 and is continuing though the summer.

During this period Chelix built a laboratory in the Fast Track facility and trained a team of Malaysian scientists and technicians to develop a pilot line to manufacture LuxVu e-curtains. In just 6 months 1x1.5 meter samples of LuxVu switchable windows were manufactured by the team, readying the technology for mass manufacture.

After the Fast Track is completed, the manufacturing infrastructure will be developed in the permanent InventQjaya laboratory slated for inauguration in October 2003. After InventQjaya will set up an independent subsidiary to commercialize LuxVu panels worldwide. LuxVu switchable windows have applications architecture, interior and exterior, consumer appliances, electronics and automobiles.

In addition Chelix will be licensing CLC pigment technologies CLC Optical Storage Media to InventQjaya once the permanent laboratory is established.

CLCEO is renamed Chelix

SUNNYVALE, January 2, 2002 -- CLCEO Corporation, a subsidiary of Reveo, Inc., is changing its name to Chelix Technologies.

The new name reflects the technology company's core competency, cholesteric liquid crystal (CLC) development, and the helical microstructures that give CLCs their unique properties. The word Chelix is derived from a verbal contraction of the "Chemical Helix" foundation of their products and innovations.

Chelix Technologies (formerly CLCEO Corporation) is a technology development company that researches, develops, and sells high performance optical and electro-optical products based on cholesteric liquid crystal technology. Chelix is a subsidiary of Reveo, Inc.
